Prodex painted interior doors are designed with a focus on stability, durability, and high-quality construction. The door leaves feature a solid wood core clad in 6 mm thick HDF board, ensuring high impact resistance. We offer models with an eco-friendly water-based paint finish or an industrial PU coating.
Standard and PRO cores: Tubular chipboard core (Lauma PRO) or solid chipboard core (Aria PRO2) — excellent sound insulation.
Increased 44 mm thickness: Liza, Loza, and Linda series — Italian technology featuring a 44 mm door leaf thickness and decorative routing on a 6 mm HDF panel.
Reliable glass solutions: Aria Kristal series — 4+4 mm laminated safety glass.
Water-based finish: Liza 091 and Lauma PRO — matte white, eco-friendly finish.
PU-based polymer protection: Aria PRO2, Liza, Loza, Linda — a durable surface resistant to scratches, moisture, and UV-induced yellowing.
Factory colors and RAL/NCS express service: White, grey (RAL 7037), cream (RAL 1013), and custom RAL or NCS colors.
Entry-level segment (water-based finish, e.g., Liza 091) — from €190 to €220. PU-based models (Aria PRO2, Loza 102 with a 44 mm door leaf) — from €290 to €340. Aria design series with 4+4 mm laminated glass — starting from €570.
Telescopic System: Door frames designed for telescopic casings — concealing wall irregularities without the need for nails.
Quiet Operation Ready: All door leaves feature a pre-milled recess for a quiet-closing lock.
Wide Openings: Solutions for 1000 mm wide openings, as well as for double-leaf and sliding door systems.
Yes. Unlike budget-segment doors, which feature a thin pressed honeycomb core beneath the paint, Prodex door leaves have a frame covered by a solid 6 mm HDF board. The surface gains a hard, protective polymer coating that effectively withstands everyday micro-scratches and pet claws.
Solid wood tends to expand or contract due to indoor heating seasons and fluctuations in humidity, which can cause cracks to form in the corners of painted door frames. Bonding solid wood and MDF into a single profile stabilizes the wood’s geometry, ensuring the frame remains straight and the paint finish does not crack.
This is so-called Triplex safety glass, consisting of two 4 mm thick glass sheets bonded together with a transparent or matte polymer film. If the door is slammed shut and the glass breaks, it does not shatter into dangerous shards but remains adhered to the film—a feature that is particularly important for families with children.
We keep the standard white models (Liza, Aria PRO2, Loza) in stock at our Riga warehouse for immediate pickup. If you choose to have the doors painted in a custom RAL color, the expedited production time is 2–3 weeks for the Liza series, and 5 to 6 weeks for the Aria PRO2 and Kristal series.
