  • Extra stability — a frame, joined grown in length and glued in width, which minimizes the risk of twisting. Veneered MDF panels — they maximally exclude cracking and shrinking of the panels during the heating season.

  • A door leaf is 40 mm thick — this provides impressive stability and better sound insulation. Industrial milling of lock and hinge* spots — this saves time and money during handling and installation process.

  • A widening portal can be easily mounted on all doorframes, to cover up to 27 cm thick walls.

* some shops offer doors with hinge spots that are not milled. Ask shop salespersons —consultants about that.

MDF - is a wood processing product, medium density fibreboard

This board is made of very fine sawdust. Fibreboard is manufactured by treatment of sawdust with high-pressure steam, then the material goes into a rotating disk — a sander. After drying, the obtained fine material is glued with lignin and wax, and this means that the MDF is an ecological (environmentally friendly) material.

The products made from MDF can be installed in the rooms with a relative humidity of 80%, while permissible relative humidity for untreated wood is only up to 60%.

Veneer is a wood — a thin, usually high-quality wood chip for use in covering of wood products.

Knot-free profiles are parts made from non-joined wood, of shaped cut profile, among which panels or glasses are installed.

A panel is a wood structure component — a veneered MDF board, which is mounted into the structural frame, containing a knot-free profile.
